a war veterans charity based at a garden centre behind the Spirit Restaurant in Victoria Park.

Petition launched to scrap Mersey bridge tolls for Warrington residents
AN online petition has been launched in a bid to force Ministers to
change their minds about imposing road tolls on Warrington residents to
use the Mersey bridges at Runcorn.
Arpley Landfill closure in sight!
PROPOSALS to end tipping at Arpley Landfill tip in three years time will
be considered by Warrington Council’s Development Management Committee
next Thursday (December 11), which will also see the sites restoration and eventual closure in 2018.
