FIRE crews were called out early today to reports of a blaze at a commercial property in Tatton Court, Woolston, Warrington.
Two fire engines from Birchwood and Lymm were involved in the operation shortly before 3am.
Four firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, entered the building and used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
The crews then used a ventilation unit to clear the smoke from the property.
Firefighters were detained at the address for around one hour and ten minutes.
In another incident, firefighters used water to deal with a wheelie bin fire in Derek Avenue, Orford, Warrington.
The fire is believed to have been started deliberately and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101.
