Police band takes some beating

THE Band of the Cheshire Constabulary has qualified for the finals of the National Brass band Championships for a second consecutive year.
The band secured their place by coming third in their section at the North West regional contest at Blackpool.
Inspector Dave Woollam, the Musical Director said,
“Reaching back-to-back finals is quite an accomplishment and we are delighted with the result
