Take away freshly baked goods, all hand made in a gluten-free kitchen by the Off The Wheaten Track team, are on the menu at the new Petit Francais stall. Choose from mouthwatering pies, quiches and cakes which can all be enjoyed by those who need a gluten-free or coeliac friendly diet.
Vegan and gluten-free pie options include leek and mushroom and caribbean jackfruit. Other tasty delights in Hayley Hadfield’s homemade range are cheese and onion, meat and potato, chicken and mushroom and lamb and rosemary. Tasty quiches include cheese and sunblush tomato and a vegan quiche option and the sweet treats include apple cake, lemon drizzle, brownies and bakewell tart – all 100% gluten and dairy-free. A wider range of over 150 goods are available at the Off The Wheaten Track deli and mini-market on Oxford Road in Altrincham.
