No dramatic change in Lymm housing market prices

THE housing market is always be a huge talking point for many and even more so with the global pandemic but according to local agents Admove there have been on dramatic changes in house prices in the Lymm area.

Admove Directors Charlie Green and Mike Chung said; “One of the biggest questions asked is ‘is the property market going to drop’.
“This will always be an ongoing topic but looking specifically at Lymm, we believe there won’t be any dramatic changes in terms of house prices. Lymm has always been a highly desirable location to live in which we feel is mainly down to the community built over many years by local residents. There will be certain areas in the country which will see a change in the market, but we believe areas surrounding Lymm/ Cheshire have too much of a demand and every property will sell providing they are priced sensibly by agents/homeowners.
“Since ‘re-opening’ we have had to make many adjustments to the way our company operates ensuring the safety for our staff and the public is paramount, putting people before profit. Although there is a lot of sad news of many companies of all sizes closing/re-structuring by making redundancies, we have taken a positive outlook on current circumstances making a bold move hiring three new full-time staff.”
They now have a strong experienced team of 11, which is a big difference from back in 2015 when Charlie and Mike were listing properties from a spare bedroom with little resources.

They added: “We had some great news in early July with the stamp duty announcement. When the announcement was made, we immediately received a drastic change in enquiry levels, offers and the following day sold just under £1.2 million pounds worth of property which was a real positive boost. We are extremely thankful for all of clients and staff and would urge anyone who is considering to sell or rent their properties, to contact our agency. Our company ethos is currently to keep a positive outlook and as long as the hard work is put it, the results will follow.”

Over the past 18 months, Admove has doubled in size with the lettings and property management side of the business rapidly expanding taking on some exciting projects from established developers.
Directors Charlie and Mike added; “This is a sector of the company that is expanding quicker than anticipated which is amazing news and we really enjoy seeing the growth giving new opportunities and the ability to build our company. We are really proud of the company and the achievements we have accomplished along the way. Our team is a massive part of our success and we are proud of each and every one of them.”
