Firefighters tackle car blaze on Winwick Road

VIDEO: Firefighters were called following reports of a car well alight on Winwick Road, Warrington earlier today.

On arrival the crew found one car well alight.
One firefighter wearing breathing apparatus used one hose reel jet to extinguish the flames.
A road closure was put in place by police which created heavy traffic in the area, but has since reopened.
