Crash drink driver was almost three times limit at 8 am!

A drink driver arrested shortly after 8 am this morning following a collision at Rixton, Warrington, was found to be nearly three times the limit.

Response Officers arrested the male driver for alleged Drink Driving and No Insurance.
This was following a collision on Manchester Road near to Ramswood Nursery, Rixton.
He later provided a sample close to 100 – the legal limit is 35.

Meanwhile in an another incident police colleagues in Staffordshire have arrested a male who was circulated as Wanted by Warrington Police for alleged Domestic Assault and Violence to Secure Entry.
He has now completed his trip back up the M6 and taken into custody.
