BIRCHWOOD High School has been awarded Music Ambassador status by Accent Music education hub – the organisation which provides music education across Warrington and Halton.
The school’s performing arts department celebrated the award, which conveys the importance of music within the curriculum.
The awards are given in recognition of excellent music provision and following a formal assessment of the school’s curriculum offer, extra-curricular programme and performance opportunities provided for students.
After a fabulous school show the award came at a perfect time to celebrate the excellent opportunities children have to excel at Birchwood and the talent of its pupils.
