Superfast broadband arrives in Croft and Kenyon

SUPERFAST broadband has arrived in the Croft and Kenyon areas.
MP Helen Jones cut the ribbon on the new BT cabinet in Stone Pit Lane, Croft, to launch the new, improved service.
The launch event was organised by the Connecting Cheshire Partnership of the four local authorities across Cheshire.
More than 60 premises in the vicinity can now benefit from faster broadband and across the whole of Ms Jones’ constituenc, about 99 per cent of properties can now access broadband speeds of more than 24 Mbps.
The MP was joined at the ceremony by Cllr Norman Partington, of Croft Parish Council, and Cllr Joan Grime, who is a borough councillor and a member of Culcheth and Glazebury Parish Council.
