MORE than 90 residents of the Latchford area enjoyed a festive afternoon at Warrington’s Sir Thomas Boteler CE High School.

They were hosted by Boteler’s Year 9 Ambassadors, staff and the Parents Supporting Boteler group (PSB).

The school choir, The Crunchy Harmonies, sang carols.

Police Community Support Officer Tony Spruce hosted bingo and Father Christmas himself turned up. The guests also had a performance from the children from The Cheshire Day Nursery, who sang Christmas carols.

Sarah Bate, from the school’s PSB group commented “A very successful afternoon for everyone involved! We are so pleased that it was an enjoyable day for so many.”
