Police use spit hood and limb restraints to arrest man

POLICE had to use a spit hood and limb restraints to arrest a man alleged to have carried out a domestic assault in Warrington.

The male was arrested on Napier Street, Warrington, for domestic assault and disorderly behaviour earlier today and police alleged the male’s behaviour was so extreme they had to use a spit hood and limb restraints.

The male is currently in custody assisting police with their enquiries.
