FINDING time to go to the gym can sometimes be difficult – especially when having a baby or when working long hours. Les Mills on Demand is a great solution, as you can work out wherever… whenever you like!

What is Les Mills on Demand?

Les Mills on Demand is a subscription service which is available through LiveWire, where you can access a large variety of classes which you can in your own time, in the comfort of your own home. Instead of going to the gym you can watch classes on your computer, mobile phone or TV.

The variety of different workouts you can choose is fantastic, choices range from long work-outs and dance classes to yoga and post-pregnancy.

Having recently had a baby, I found the post-pregnancy classes useful – there are even educational videos which include breastfeeding and lifting after child birth.

BODYBALANCE/BODYFLOW (yoga, pilates and tai chi) which helps improve flexibility, strength and relaxation. I found this a great way to help me feel calm if I have had a long and stressful day, whilst strengthening my body at the same time– which resulted in a much better night’s sleep.

Another class I enjoy is BODYCOMBAT (Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Kung Fu) I found this a great cardio fitness which targeted all areas of my body. Classes are 30-55 minutes long and there is also a cool down video option at the end (great to help prevent muscle ache the next day!)

Subscribing to Les Mills on Demand is definitely worth it, it is cheaper than a gym membership with so many different work outs to choose from, some which require the use of equipment – but if you are like me and want a quick way to lose some post-pregnancy baby weight there are great variety of classes to chose from which require no equipment, just simply open up Les Mills On Demand, chose a work out and off you go!
