A ROAD has been closed at Culcheth, Warrington this morning after a tree was blown down.
Police were advising motorists to avoid Warrington Road, near to Culcheth Primary School and make alternative travel arrangements until the Highways Department could clear the blockage.
It is understood the road is now re-opened.
