Hospital lottery
WINNING numbers in the weekly lottery run by the League of Friends of Warrington Hospital were 2, 3, 4 and 6. There was no winner so the £363 jackpot will be rolled over to next week. A £25 consolation prize went to a member of hospital staff.

New pre-school
THE new Village Pre-School is being officially opened at Gorse Covert Primary School, Warrington today by Helen
Jones, MP for Warrington North.

Celebration of faith
WARRINGTON Council of Faiths will host a celebration of Sikh religious festivals on Wednesday, October 15.

INFORMATION films “Ageing Well” and “Feeling Good” are to be premiered by the Warrington Winter Warm Partnership at the Odeon Cinema, Westbrook, on Wednesay, October 10 at 10am.

Village Show
THE 60th Hatton and district Show takes place tomorrow (Saturday) with sections for pot plants, cut flowers, handicraft, fruit and vegetables, photography, card craft and pets.
There will also be a horse show and live music from the band Road to Canada. The event starts at 1.30pm and
