A WOMAN was trapped in her car after a two-vehicle crash at Warrington early this morning.
The collision was in Delph Lane, Winwick and two fire engines from Warrington went to the scene shortly after 8am.
Firefighters use specialist cutting equipment to release the woman, who was injured and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Both the vehicles involved were cars.

I use Delph lane on a regular basis and the amount of near misses I’ve witnessed is unbelievable, traffic use the lane traveling from the A49 to Mill lane cut the bend and are on the wrong side of the road,it’s inevitable that there will be a fatal accident sooner or later if nothing is done about it .
