A LARGE quantity of packaged drugs, some of which could prove dangerous if taken unsupervised, have been lost in the Warrington area.
The drugs, which were lost while in transit to the Great Sankey area, include tranquilisers, anti-depressants, anti-convulsants and thyroid medications.
Police have issued a warning that some of the drugs could be lethal if taken when not prescribed.
They are appealing to members of the public who might find them to hand them into the nearest police station or the nearest chemist.
