Neighbours oppose new windows

0

NEIGHBOURS are opposing plans to convert a loft into a bedroom with additional dormer windows at a bungalow in Quarry Lane, Appleton, Warrington.
They say the new windows will result in a loss of privacy to two neighbouring properties and, if they are to be allowed, should have obscure glazing.
Appleton Parish Council has also raised concerns that the first floor windows will prove intrusive and rob neighbours of privacy.
But planning officers say the original property retains permitted development rights for the insertion of windows and do not require planning consent.
