STAR of television’s “Loose Women” Denise Welch is visiting the Lymm area on Tuesday April 29.

The former “Coronation Street” star will tour The Children’s Adventure Farm Trust and meet some of the children helped by the charity.

The venue provides holidays and respite for disabled, terminally ill and disadvantaged children from all over the North West at a converted farmhouse in Millington.

Denise will be meeting children with learning disabilities from Green Lane School, Warrington, who will be staying at the farm.

She will also join fundraiser Helen Crowther for a quick training session in preparation for their nine-day trek of the Great Wall of China in September, in aid of the charity.
