WARRINGTON-based Truck Range Ltd has been acquired by TranZparts Ltd, of Radcliffe, stockists of quality truck and trailer parts.
Frank Sweeney, managing director of TranZparts said: “The companies offer complimentary services and bringing Truck Range on board now fills a gap for us in terms of the offering to our customers.”
Truck Range specialise in aftermarket supply of truck, bus and trailer components to haulage, vehicle maintenance workshops and mobile vehicle engineers.
TranZparts enlisted the support of Styles and Co, chartered accountants, of Culcheth, to handle all the financial and company secretary matters relating to the acquisition.
Mr Sweeney said: “Styles’ contribution has been absolutely fantastic and invaluable during this process, the level of professionalism has been second to none”.
