FIRE crews from Warrington and Birchwood were called to the scene of a road crash in Glazebrook Lane, Culcheth.
The incident involves two vehicles and two people were trapped inside.
Firefighters removed the roof from one vehicle to free the casualties who were then handed over to paramedics and taken to hospital by ambulance.
Police controlled traffic at the scene.
