Music lovers can look forward to an entertaining evening of opera, musical theatre and Gilbert & Sullivan when Stockton Heath Music Society launches its autumn series later this month.
An Autumn Evening at the Opera takes place on Wednesday, September 30, at 7.30pm and will feature three talented vocalists performing a selection of popular arias and duets.
Mezzo soprano Imogen Garner will be joined by tenor Sean Ruane and baritone Aidan Edwards for an evening designed to appeal to opera fans and newcomers alike.
The programme will include well-known operatic arias and duets, alongside songs from the musicals and a selection of Gilbert & Sullivan favourites.
Organisers promise a “fun and entertaining evening” to get the society’s autumn programme underway.
Tickets are priced at £15, with concessions available, and can be purchased in advance through the Stockton Heath Music Society website or on the door on the night.
