FRIENDS of Culcheth Library (FoCL) are having an ideas morning with tea and biscuits, on Saturday, 25th April 2026, 10.30 am – 12noon.
It will provide an opportunity to find out the latest developments regarding the future of the “Jewel in the Crown” of the village.
Meet some like-minded people and find out what activities are happening, and most importantly – share and offer some of your ideas and suggestions and consider getting involved with organising and running activities and events, for example:
• Film clubs for children and adults – mid week and Saturday mornings
• Modern Foreign Language meetings & classes
• Baby & toddler meet up sessions
• Monthly themed talk events
Existing events include jigsaw clubs, Lego clubs, book club, craft sessions, Culcheth Choir meetings.
A spokesperson for the Friends of Culcheth Library said: “As always, local residents need to use the library or lose it – times are tough, so come along and BRING YOUR IDEAS. It will be great to see you.”
