Langtree marks strategic shift with framework appointment

Langtree, the Warrington-based property asset and development management business, says its strategic decision to grow its existing asset management arm is bearing fruit.

The company has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6343 Estate Management Services 2 framework.  The company is named on Lot 2, which includes estate, asset and property management and associated support services.
Langtree manages multiple properties and estates throughout the UK for a range of institutional landlords, in addition to its well-known joint venture development portfolio with government and local authorities.
The move to broaden its work with the public sector is “a natural progression and builds on our understanding of government’s requirements, in its many forms,” says Jayne Furnival, executive director – property at Langtree.
“We have a large estates team operating throughout the Midlands and north and an ability to drive efficiencies and service through our trusted supply chain and our utilisation of technology,” said Jayne.

Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
Langtree’s joint ventures include at Sci-Tech Daresbury with Halton Council and the Science and Technology Facilities Council, with St Helens Council as part of the huge Parkside Regeneration programme and with Oldham Council at Hollinwood Junction.
