This August, history lovers and curious minds are invited to explore two of Warrington’s most iconic buildings as the Friends of the Town Hall join forces with the Museum of Policing in Cheshire for a series of special open days.
Throughout August, both venues will open their doors to visitors on Fri
days – 8, 15, 22 and 29 August 2025 – offering a unique opportunity to delve into the town’s civic and policing heritage.- Warrington Town Hall will be open from 2pm to 4pm
- Museum of Policing in Cheshire will be open from 10am to 3pm
Entry is completely free and no booking is required. Light refreshments will be available to purchase in the newly refurbished Town Hall Tea Room.
Whether you’re fascinated by local history or the evolution of the police force, these open days promise something for everyone.
