EMPTY town centre offices at Warrington – formerly part of the Central Station complex – are up for sale.
The 5,362 sq ft office building, and landmark off Winwick Street, will be offered for sale by auction in Manchester on April 19.
It has a bottom guide price of £180,000.
The building has been empty for some time and, until recently was being offered to rent.
The site is steeped in history, Central Station being on the original Manchester-Liverpool line.

  1. Just a small correction, the original Manchester to Liverpool line was through Rainhill / Earlestown etc. This line was built much later by a competitor company.
