WARRINGTON born double champion jockey, Paul Hanagan, is set to be honoured at special town hall reception on January 4.
Hosted by Cllr Terry O’Neill, leader of Warrington Borough Council, the reception will celebrate Latchford born Paul’s success after he was crowned Champion Jockey for the second time
in November 2011.
Cllr O’Neill, said :”In Warrington we are all really proud of Paul and his fantastic achievements. Being crowned Champion Jockey two years running is no mean feat and is
testament to his talent, hard work and dedication. He is a fantastic role model for the town’s young people and we are delighted to have him attend our reception in the New
Year.”
