POLICE have thanked a member of the public who helped an officer detain a wanted man.
The wanted male was arrested on Froghall Lane, last night thanks to a member of the public assisting an officer in making the arrest.
Geoffrey Moran, aged 41, of Dove Close in Birchwood, was arrested on Tuesday 28 June and has since been charged with harassment and appeared at Chester Magistrates Court today Wednesday 29 June.
