WARRINGTON Police had a busy night making eleven arrests for various drink-related and violent crimes across the town, including assaults on emergency workers.
Two females were arrested on Bridge Street, in Warrington town centre for various alcohol-related offences, racially aggravated public order and assault on an emergency worker.
A 41-year-old male was also arrested in the town centre for being drunk and disorderly while a 30-year-old male was arrested at Warrington Hospital for violent offences.
A male and female were arrested in the Cinnamon Brow area for a number of offences including public order and assault on an emergency worker, while a male was arrested after an incident in Westbrook for affray and criminal damage.
Meanwhile, a male was arrested in the Stockton Heath area for possession of a bladed article and possession of a controlled drug.
A 53-year-old male also arrested in the Birchwood area for breach of bail, public order offence and criminal damage while a male was arrested in the Sankey area for criminal damage.
Officers were also called to a collision involving one vehicle on Midland Way near to Froghall Lane, where a male was arrested for driving offences.
