AFTER beating Glossop North End at home last Saturday, Warrington Rylands will be looking to maintain their winning run when they visit fellow NPL West promotion contenders Clitheroe.
While Rylands were comfortably beating Glossop North End, Clitheroe were losing 2-1 just down the road at Widnes. Going a goal behind in the 54th minute they equalized in the 61st minute before conceding again in the 81st.
Having won just once in their past four games Clitheroe find themselves just outside the play off places in 6th place six points behind 5th placed Runcorn Linnets and twelve points behind 3rd placed Rylands, although they do have a least one game in hand on all the teams above them.

Rylands hosted Clitheroe at Gorsey Lane on 6th November and despite twice taking the lead had to settle for a point from a 2-2 draw in front of a crowd of 276.
Kane Drummond opened the scoring in the 9th minute before Sefton Gonzales equalized just after the break. Andy Scarisbrick restored the lead 73rd minute but Ben McKenna levelled two minutes later.
Clitheroe’s 15 home games, including cup ties, have attracted an average attendance of 653, second only to Marine in the NPL West.
The highest attendance of the season so far has been 1,679 who watched the Christmas fixture against neighbours Colne, while the lowest has been 381 for a Lancashire FA Challenge Trophy tie against Atherton Collieries.
Kick off at Shawbridge BB7 1LZ is 3pm with admission being £8 adults, over 60s £5, 14-17 year olds £4, under 14s £2 or free if accompanied by an adult.
