Cyclist taken to hospital after collision on Cromwell Avenue

A cyclist was taken to Warrington Hospital after suffering injuries following a collision on Cromwell Avenue this morning.

Police were called to the collision on Cromwell Avenue near St Gregory’s School at 7.45 am this morning.
Officers attended and found there had been a collision between a black Volvo and a pedal cyclist.
The cyclist, a 57-year-old man, was injured as a result of the collision and taken to Warrington Hospital. His injuries are not believed to be life-changing.
