Weaver Vale Housing Trust appoints two new directors

WEAVER Weaver Vale Housing Trust – which manages 6,700 properties across Cheshire and Warrington – has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of two new directors.

After joining as an interim director of people and communications, Jo Warren has been appointed to the role permanently and has already made a significant impact with her collaborative approach and commitment to people-first values.
The Trust has also welcomed Andrea Williams as its new Director of Technology and Transformation.

Jo Warren Jo brings more than 24 years of experience in HR across the automotive, retail, hospitality, and distribution sectors,.
Throughout her career, Jo has been driven by a passion for creating environments where people can truly thrive and succeed – driving a positive culture, connection, and development to unlock people’s potential and deliver lasting impact.
In her new role, Jo will lead the Cheshire-based housing association’s people strategy.
She said: “From day one, I’ve seen first-hand how committed colleagues are to supporting one another, embracing change, and striving to deliver the best service possible while making a positive difference for our customers and communities.
“I’m looking forward to building on this momentum and continuing to make the Trust a great place to work.”
Andrea Williams has held senior roles in health, housing, and local government, leading complex change programmes across organisations, including Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, Conwy County Borough Council, and North Wales Housing.

She is passionate about using technology and innovation to improve services, strengthen communities, and create lasting impact.
Andrea will lead the Trust’s technology and transformation roadmap, driving innovation and leading change programmes that improve services and performance.
