VOLUNTEER at one of the St. Rocco’s shops across Warrington and support the ongoing compassionate care provided to patients and those important to them at the hospice and amongst the Warrington Community.

Whether you can gift one day a month or a few hours a week, every minute counts, and they will help you see the value of volunteering. They have opportunities in their shops, an award-winning online eBay store and a Sorting Centre.
Volunteering is a great way to meet new people in your local community and make new friends; it is a great opportunity for you to learn new skills and update your CV; you will enjoy exciting opportunities as a retail volunteer, and you will be helping to make a difference to those living with a life-limiting illness in Warrington.
The precious time volunteers’ gift is highly valued, not just in the shops but across the wider hospice teams.
Stockton Heath Shop Manager Viv (pictured above) loves working with volunteers and appreciates how hard they work.
“The shops couldn’t manage without our volunteers and their commitment. They give us valuable time out of their week. They support by bringing donations from friends, helping with stock levels, buying goods, and covering a variety of shifts from Monday to Sunday.
“We have developed a community and team spirit with our volunteers, and we work to integrate them as much as possible, including holding team meetings.
“It’s great that we can support by giving volunteers opportunities to make friends and tap into different skill sets, which are all valuable to the running of our shops,” she added.
