ALL traffic has now been released following a police-led incident on the M56 between Stretton and Daresbury near Warrington, earlier today, Monday.
The closure on the eastbound carriageway was due to a medical emergency
Emergency services attended at the scene.
There are residual delays of at least 30 minutes between J12 and J10.
Traffic has been stopped on the #M56 eastbound between J11 and J10 #Warrington due to an ongoing police led incident.
All emergency services are in attendance, traffic is building.
