FIREFIGHTERS were called out to deal with three bonfires in the Warrington area, yesterday, Wednesday.
Two of the fires were extinguished due to them being within close proximity of a railway, with the third off Cromwell Avenue allowed to burn under supervision.
In another incident at 18:00 one crew from Stockton Heath was called out to deal with an arm chair on fire on Grasmere Avenue, Orford.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to extinguish the fire.
At around 8 pm one crew from Stockton Heath was also called out to deal with two small fires involving rubbish on Shaw Street.
