TV Chef Dipna Anand to host lunchtime takeover at Birchwood Park

TV chef Dipna Anand, famous for her Punjabi cuisine, will be bringing her culinary magic to Birchwood Park with a lunchtime takeover at the EngineRooms, tomorrow, Wednesday 1st October.

Recognisable from programmes such as Saturday Kitchen, Dipna will be bringing her signature dishes and vibrant flavours to the heart of Birchwood Park, giving the local community the chance to experience her award-winning cooking right here in Warrington.
On the menu will be a mouth-watering selection of main dishes, including Makhani Chicken, Palak Paneer, Chicken Wrap, Paneer Wrap and Pizza Naan. Diners will also be able to enjoy sides such as Veg Samosas, Onion Bhajis, Naan Breads and Masala Fries.

Martin O’Rourke, Commercial Director at Birchwood Park, said: “We’re thrilled to be welcoming Dipna Anand to the EngineRooms. It’s not every day our occupiers and visitors get to enjoy food created by one of the UK’s most celebrated Indian chefs.
It promises to be a fantastic lunchtime takeover, and we look forward to seeing the local community join us for what will be a truly special event.”
Between 12:00 and 14:00, or until supplies run out, Dipna will take over the EngineRooms Bistro and Street Food counters, offering her signature Punjabi-inspired dishes.

•     Mains (£7.50 each): Makhani Chicken, Palak Paneer, Chicken Wrap, Paneer Wrap, Pizza Naan
•     Sides (£2 each): Veg Samosas, Onion Bhajis, Naan Breads, Masala Fries

All dishes will be served on a first-come, first-served basis during the lunch hours. The local community is invited to join and taste what makes Dipna Anand one of the UK’s most exciting voices in Indian cuisine.
