WARRINGTON Wolves has announced plans to celebrate the club’s 150th anniversary in 2026, honouring their heritage while inspiring the future.
At the heart of the celebrations is the launch of a special commemorative logo, which will feature across 2026 kits, training range, merchandise and special events throughout the year. At the heart of the crest is the club emblem, the iconic wolf’s head in a circular design – presenting a modern yet traditional symbol, with ‘150 Years (1876–2026)’ framed around it.
A range of heritage initiatives will bring the club and supporters together, create opportunities and make an impact far beyond the pitch.
These include the publication of three books created by club historians that capture memories from across the decades, covering the winter era, the summer era and a collection of 150 club legends.
The club’s much-loved brick Heritage Wall, located near the Brian Bevan statue at The Halliwell Jones Stadium, will be extended, giving supporters the chance to have loved ones’ names or personal tributes engraved forever.
A heritage walking trail and a series of exhibitions will showcase memorabilia and stories. An extensive digital archive will also be launched for supporters to explore.
On the field, one of the 2026 first team fixtures will be heritage themed building on the success of recent season’s retro rounds.
Supporters can purchase their 2026 memberships from Thursday, with prices frozen. Fans can also opt into a new ‘Club 150’ package, which includes a range of exclusive gifts and access to a special Q&A event with past players who made over 300 appearances.
2026 is set to be a year of celebration and excitement for the club and they look forward to supporters joining them on the journey.
Together they are committed to building a lasting legacy where Rugby League is more than a game.
