DARESBURY-based Trust Alliance Group (TAG) has been awarded Gold in the CSR and Diversity and Inclusion category at the UK Employee Experience Awards 2025.

The awards recognise organisations that put people at the heart of what they do and demonstrate outstanding commitment to culture, employee experience and diversity, equity and inclusion.
Winning this award reflects TAG’s ongoing commitment to fairness, respect and inclusive practices.

Over the past year, colleagues have made a real difference through a wide range of initiatives in local communities. TAG has supported foodbanks and Warrington Youth Zone, and organised Easter egg donations and Christmas events for children in Warrington and Runcorn. These projects have delivered valuable support to families and children, creating a positive impact in the local community.
Alongside this, colleagues also took part in an international volunteering programme in Ghana, where they supported schools by teaching lessons and helping to improve classroom facilities, building valuable connections with the communities they visited.

Sue Chopra, group colleague director at Trust Alliance Group, said: This award reflects the incredible passion and dedication of our colleagues. Their commitment to supporting each other and the communities we serve makes TAG a truly special place to work. We’re proud of what we have achieved together and remain focused on building, maintaining and restoring trust through inclusion, respect and meaningful action.”
TAG aims tol continue to strengthen its culture, expand its community initiatives and champion inclusivity at every level. By doing so they aim to create lasting positive change for our colleagues, our partners and the communities they serve.
Trust Alliance Group  comprises several businesses including Energy Ombudsman, Communications Ombudsman, Internet Commission and Parking on Public Land Appeals (POPLA).
