Sir Thomas Boteler students speak of Christian values at unique church service

SIR Thomas Boteler Church of England High School held their annual Inauguration Service at St. Elphin’s Parish Church, Warrington, as students spoke about their Christian values.

“Our Inauguration Evenings are such an amazing experience and something that’s very unique to us as a school, where young people are formally handed over in such a meaningful way”, commented Headteacher Mrs Beverley Scott-Herron.
“Our Student Leadership Body spoke about our Christian values of hope, compassion and endurance, and they also talked about our High Expectations, High Aspirations and the High Standards that we have for the young people. To actually see that living in practice in a church represents every aspect of our ethos: Through God We Care. We are the Boteler Family, but it was lovely to see all the students’ families there who have such a big influence on their lives. For our Year 7 students to start their Boteler journey in this way is really very special.”
