DETAILS of Linden Homes’ new Warrington development, Radley Woods, are set to be released on September 21.
Information about the 150 new energy-efficient homes, part of the wider Peel Hall Garden Village development, will be announced at a pre-launch event at the nearby Millhouse pub on Ballater Drive.
Interested homebuyers will be provided with details about the house types, specifications, the wider development plan, and guide prices.
Visitors will also have the chance to tour the entire development virtually through Radley Woods’ interactive model. This allows homebuyers to view the whole site and “walk” into each home.
The development aims to offer something for everyone, including first-time buyers, growing families or those looking to downsize. It’s ideally located just north of central Warrington, offering great amenities and quick access to Liverpool and Manchester, as well as direct trains to London.
Radley Woods is the first collection of homes at Peel Hall Garden Village, where up to 1,200 new homes will be built over the next few years.
