New street art to promote safer streets

VIDEO: Lymm artist Andy Gahan has been commissioned to carry out a piece of street art in Warrington town centre to promote safer streets.

Backed by Warrington Police, Warrington BID and Warrington Arts Council, Andy and his colleague Richie are transforming a wall under a railway bridge opposite Central Station on Winmwick Street.
It is just a short distance from a wall mural created by another warrington artist, Anthony Turk, of Warrington Wolves’ legend Paul Cullen.
The aim of the street art is to help promote safer streets in Warrington.
