POLICE investigating a disorder incident involving a number of people fighting at Market Gate, Warrington, have released CCTV images of two men they would like to speak to.
At around 6.04 am on Tuesday, 19 August, officers in Warrington responded to reports of a number of people fighting in the Market Gate area.
Attending the scene, officers found that a man had been seriously assaulted.
Following their enquiries, officers have since arrested an 18-year-old man from Penketh and a 23-year-old from Orford.
Officers are now looking to identify two men who they believe have vital information in relation to the incident.
Police Constable Graham Davies, of Warrington LPU, said: “We are looking to identify these two men as we believe they have vital information that may help us in our investigation into this incident.
“I’d also urge anyone who witnessed the disorder take place but has not yet spoken to the police to get in touch to help us with our enquiries.
“And if anyone has any dash cam or CCTV footage, please also get in touch.”
