Learn to meditate – and increase happiness in daily life

SPECIAL classes where people can learn to meditate, start at The Old School, Fairfield Street, Warrington, at 7.30pm on September 3 and will run for five weeks.

The drop-in classes, suitable for everyone from beginners to experiences meditators, are run by the Northwich-based Odiyana Kadampa Budhist Meditation Centre.
Each class consists of guided meditations, a talk and discussion and is self-contained, although people are welcome to attend the whole course.
They provide a introduction to meditation and Buddhism, teaching effective and practical methods of overcoming problems and increasing happiness in daily life.
