UTC students celebrate fantastic results day

STUDENTS at UTC Warrington are celebrating a fantastic exam results day, with strong performances across T Level qualifications in Science, Engineering, and Cyber.

As a specialist technical college with deep roots in industry, UTC Warrington – now part of the Aldridge Education family -continues to deliver on its mission to prepare young people for the high-demand careers of the future.
This year’s cohort has achieved outstanding results, with many students securing university places, degree apprenticeships, and full-time roles in some of the UK’s most innovative STEM sectors.
Results highlights include:
• 100 per cent pass rate in T-level in Digital Support Services with Cyber Security
• Results in the T-level in Design, Surveying and Planning for Construction with Civil Engineering beat last year’s national results by a significant margin, with 46 per cent of the cohort achieving the top Distinction grade; equivalent to AAA at A-level.
• Students in T-level Design and Development for Engineering and Manufacturing with Mechanical Engineering also secured some of the highest marks in the country (compared to last year’s national results), with 38 per cent of the cohort achieving the top Distinction grade equivalent to AAA at A-level.
• 100 per centof the T-Level Science with Laboratory Sciences passed, with 57 per cent achieving the equivalent to BBB at A level.
