THE tastes of the deep south of America and the southern shores of Europe, are set to arrive at Warrington Market with two new traders due to open at the end of July.
Renowned Liverpool-based fried chicken specialists Pattersons are bringing their cult-favourite recipes to Warrington, with their signature blend of fried chicken, burgers, wings, loaded fries and homemade sauces.
Having already built a loyal following through their restaurant and appearances at foodie hotspots across the region, Pattersons will make their latest home at the Cookhouse, based at the town’s award-winning Market.
Darren James from Pattersons said: “We’ve been looking to expand our business into Warrington for a while. It’s a vibrant town and the Cookhouse at Warrington Market is the perfect home for Pattersons fried chicken. To mark our opening, we’re giving away 200 free chicken burgers, just visit our stall before we open and scan the QR code for a chance to win.”
Pasta Master
Also joining the line-up are Pasta Master, serving up high-quality, homemade pasta and Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
Experienced chefs and husband-and-wife team, Mehmet and Serap, are known for their passion and reputation for creating wholesome, high-quality Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
After opening My Avocado Lunch Box at the Market, the duo will now bring their expertise to the Cookhouse, offering a menu of freshly made, restaurant-quality pasta dishes, inspired by their travels and culinary experience.
Warrington Market has gone from strength to strength since moving to its Time Square home five years ago, continuing a proud tradition that spans an incredible 770 years.
The arrival of Pattersons and Pasta Master adds even more variety to the already popular Cookhouse line-up, further cementing the Market’s status as one of the North West’s top foodie destinations.
