STUDENTS at Warrington’s Kings Leadership Academy are to benefit from a pioneering mental health programme to improve student wellbeing.
Great Schools Trust, a multi-academy trust, has partnered with Warrington-based mental health consultancy Eleos Group to implement industry-leading mental health support for students.
Directed by consultant clinical psychologist Dr Claire Bullen-Foster, Eleos Group and Great Schools Trust will work collaboratively to design mental health strategies and solutions for pupils to improve wellbeing, as well as reduce pressures on teachers to support students with mental health.
The partnership makes Great Schools Trust one of the first academy trusts in the UK to take such an extensive, proactive and hands-on approach to building mental health provisions for students, young people and teachers.
