Three fire crews called to car ablaze on M56

THREE fire crews were called out to a car ablaze on the M56 near Warrington on Tuesday afternoon.

Crews from from Runcorn, Lymm and Stockton Heath, attended the incident on the M56 east, between junctions 9 and 10 at 13:18.

A car that was ablaze on juction 10 slip road was put out by firefighters using a hose reel. All occupants were out of the vehicle on their arrival.
