Warrington Wolves Supporters’ Trust Squadbuilder has announced two exciting events planned for the Warrington Wolves Academy Australia 2025 Tour fundraising.
The three-week tour, scheduled after the regular season, aims to further the professional development and education of the players and coaches through top-tier training and competitive matches against Penrith Panthers, New South Wales and Gold Coast Titans while also experiencing Australian culture by visiting iconic landmarks.
First up is A Question of Rugby on Tuesday 15th July at the Kings Head with the Voice of Rugby League, Eddie Hemmings as Quiz Master. Past players Lee Briers, Bennie Westwood and Micky Higham will pit their wits against current players Toby King , Joe Philbin and Connor Wrench. Tickets are £20 each and include a pizza supper. On Friday 15th August we are delighted to welcome Tony Smith and Stuart Pearce MBE to the Greenall’s 40/Twenty lounge at The Halliwell Jones Stadium for an evening of stories and insights into their distinguished careers. Host for the evening is Fraser Dainton from Sky Sports. Tickets are £32 each and include a hot table platter. Tables of 10 will be given a prime location.
