THE Lymm in Bloom team have again picked up a “Gold”! in the North West in Bloom competition.
A party of members travelled to Bolton for the award night and were thrilled to receive a “Gold”
Lymm in Bloom are all volunteers and help manage many of the beds, planters and green spaces around the village, including the Peter Powell Memorial Garden (formerly known as the Sunken Gaden), the Lower Dam, Davies Way, The Cross, The Dam, Ridgeway Grundy Park, Sandy Lane, Statham Avenue, Howard Avenue and Broomedge.
They are part funded by Lymm Parish Council
But despite the big impression, the Lymm in Bloom team make on the village, they are always short of volunteers.
