Three-year-old child airlifted to hospital after falling from first floor window

A three-year-old child was airlfited to hospital earlier today (Tuesday) with serious injuries after falling from a first floor window at a house in Chapelford, Warrington.

The air ambulance and emergency services attended at a house on Michigan Place, Chapelford, Warrington, at around 4.30pm today, Tuesday.

The child was airlifted to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital in Liverpool.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: “At 4.28pm on Tuesday, September 3, police were called to reports of a three-year-old child believed to have fallen from a first-floor window of an address on Michigan Place.

“Officers have attended to the scene and the child has been taken to Alder Hey hospital by air ambulance with serious injuries.”
