THIRTEEN people have now been charged with drugs offences following a high-profile operation by Cheshire Police.
The twelve men and one woman are all facing charges relating the supply of Class A drugs.
On appearing at Warrington Magistrates’ Court, all the defendants were remanded in custody and are set to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on March 29.
Two other women arrested as part of the operation have been released on police bail and are both set to report back to Cheshire Police at a later date.
Operation Impact involved more than 100 officers from Cheshire Police and was also supported by officers from TITAN, the West Regional Organised Crime Unit.
The alleged offences were carried out in Warrington and across Cheshire but most of the defendants are from Merseyside.
